A video failed. A failed render is retried once for free, and if it fails again its credits go back to your account automatically, so check your balance first.
A finished video has a problem. Email us and we refund the credits that video used, in money, to your original payment method. If you've used only part of a pack, we refund the credits you haven't used in money too.
Account and billing. Sign-in, credits, packs and payments.
Privacy. Photos are deleted automatically 30 days after upload. To delete your photos, videos or whole account sooner, email us from the address on your account.
Rights concerns. If you believe a video made with Stage Singing Effect uses your image without permission, email us with the details and we'll review it.
