How Stage Singing Effect collects, uses, stores and deletes your account data, photos and generated videos.

This Privacy Policy explains how Stage Singing Effect ("we", "us") handles information when you use https://stagesingingeffect.org.

Information We Collect

  1. Account information. You sign in with Google, which gives us your name, email address and profile picture.
  2. Photos you upload. The photo you provide so we can make your video, including the face of the person or pet in it.
  3. Generated videos. The videos we make for you and related details such as task status and creation time.
  4. Usage data. Pages visited, features used, credits spent, and technical data such as browser and device type, collected through Google Analytics.
  5. Where you first came from. A cookie remembers the site or link that first brought you here, for 30 days.
  6. Payment data. The pack you bought and the order and payment status. Payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your card number.

How We Use Information

We use your information to make the videos you ask for, run your account, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, answer support requests and meet legal obligations. Your photo is used only to make your video. We never sell your photos or use them to train AI models, and we don't sell your personal data.

Service Providers

To run Stage Singing Effect we use providers for hosting, cloud storage, AI video generation, payments (Stripe), sign-in (Google) and analytics (Google Analytics). They receive only the data they need to do that work. To make your video, your photo is sent to an AI video provider; the provider doesn't keep it.

Storage and Retention

  • Photos are stored privately on our cloud storage and deleted automatically 30 days after upload.
  • Videos stay in your account until you ask us to delete them.
  • Account data is kept while you have an account.

You can ask us to delete your photos, videos or whole account sooner by emailing [email protected].

Your Choices and Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, including your photos and videos, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, such as objecting to certain processing or asking for a copy of your data.

Children

Stage Singing Effect isn't meant for children. Photos of people must show adults 18 or older; please don't upload photos of minors.

Cookies and Analytics

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember where you first came from (for 30 days), and Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no online service can guarantee complete security.
