Terms of Service

The rules for using Stage Singing Effect: what you may upload, credits and packs, refunds and how you may use your videos.

Last updated: 2026-10-31

These Terms of Service govern your use of Stage Singing Effect at https://stagesingingeffect.org. By using the service, you agree to them.

The Service

Stage Singing Effect lets you upload one photo and get a short AI-generated video in the style of the stage singing AI effect trend on TikTok, set to the trend's original sound. Stage Singing Effect is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by TikTok, ByteDance, the creators of the trend's clips or any app that offers a similar template.

Accounts

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it.

What You May Upload

  • Only your own photo, or a photo you have permission to use.
  • People in the photo must be 18 or older and must have agreed to be in a video. Pets are fine.
  • No celebrities, politicians or other public figures.

We may refuse photos that our AI provider rejects. When that happens, the credits for that video go back to your account automatically.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Stage Singing Effect to:

  • create sexual, hateful, violent or harassing content;
  • make videos meant to deceive people, such as passing a video off as real footage of someone;
  • infringe anyone's privacy, image or other rights;
  • attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.

We may block generations or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your Content and Your Videos

You keep the rights you have in the photos you upload, and you give us a limited permission to store and process them only to make your videos. You may use the videos you make for personal, non-commercial purposes, including posting them on social platforms. Label them as AI-generated when you post them.

AI Results

Videos are made by AI and results vary. A video may not look exactly like the person or pet in the photo, and once in a while the model keeps something from the photo's background. Review your video before you share it.

Credits, Packs and Payments

  • Credits come in one-time packs; there is no subscription. Credits never expire.
  • A 6-second video uses 6 credits, a 10-second video 13 credits and a 15-second video 20 credits.
  • Packs: Single, $9.90 for 20 credits; Trio, $19.90 for 60 credits; Crew, $29.90 for 100 credits. Prices are in USD and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe.
  • A failed render is retried once automatically for free; if it fails again, its credits go back to your account automatically.

Refunds

Refunds are paid in money to your original payment method. If a finished video has a problem, email [email protected] and we refund the credits that video used; if you've used only part of a pack, we also refund the credits you haven't used.

Termination

You may stop using Stage Singing Effect at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, or if we need to for legal or security reasons.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these Terms. If you keep using Stage Singing Effect after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
